The Hebrew roots of our faith

I enjoy hearing the Jewish perspective of Biblical teaching. I was privileged to listen to a talk in Kent, WA by a former Jewish rabbi who became a believer in Christ.  The Old Testament Jewish teachings are rich in symbolism and provide insight into many of Jesus Christ’s teachings.  Exegetes must familiarize themselves with Jewish custom to understand the setting and local color for stories in the Bible to provide the proper interpretation of the text.

You needn’t wait for me to post them, nor  travel far (although you do have to wade through Metro Manila traffic) to gain insight on the Hebrew roots of our faith.

Just attend this seminar! To the best of my knowledge, the seminar is free.
